Your impact on our business…
Our new Vice President of Account Services will be charged with taking an already successful industry leader with a stellar customer base to the next level of customer relationship management. We are seeking an experienced account management professional capable of further deepening our value proposition by increasing the level of consultation with our customers. The VP will help our brand penetrate the overall customer experience and motivate and drive our team to account management and sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor account services teams in consultative account management as they work to cultivate and grow relationships with assigned customers. Achieve targeted revenue increases through the sale of additional services to our current customers. Ensure that additional programs implemented result in enhanced employee productivity and success for our customer. Build effective departmental synergy with Sales, Support Services, Marketing, Operations and Management in order to best address customer needs. Problem-solve with Account Services team members and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Identify areas for process and service enhancement and implement solutions across the department. Direct the development of business communications plans with customers and ensure they are provided with the materials needed to successfully promote ComPsych’s programs to their employees.
Job Location
Our US headquarters are located in one of Chicago's premier buildings, the NBC Tower. Nestled between Michigan Avenue and Lake Michigan, ComPsych's downtown Chicago location is easily accessible by public transportation and has plenty of parking nearby.
Key QualificationsAt least 5 years of executive leadership experience managing teams of account executives handling large, complex national accounts. Experience working with HR buyers required. Experience managing EAP, health care, or insurance accounts preferred. Proven ability to increase revenue on existing pieces of business by upselling additional services required. Proven project management, analytical and critical thinking skills and strong attention to detail. BS/BA highly preferred. Must be able to travel to customer offices as necessary.
