VP / Director of Human Resources

This is a great opportunity to lead the human resources function of an international consulting firm headquartered in Cambridge with 120 employees and operations in New York, Amsterdam, London, and New Mumbai, India.

As a VP / Director of Human Resources at Innoveer Solutions you will report directly to the CEO and manage an established four person team (including HR Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Manager).  You will be an integral part of our management team and will make a significant impact by helping to create and implement the necessary organizational structure and development processes to reach and sustain our projected yearly growth of 15%.

To be considered for this role you must be an HR leader with experience focused in the areas of organizational development, business leadership, employee relations, compensation, immigration, and recruiting.

REQUIREMENTS:


- 8+ years of progressive human resources generalist experience
- Bachelor’s Degree is required; MBA, SPHR, and GPHR are a plus
- Prior experience with an international professional services firm is a must
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A hands-on approach to solving problems
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and computer skills (including advanced Excel experience)
