Job Description

 

VisionCor is currently recruiting for Instructional Designers to join a project team on a PeopleSoft rollout. This position requires extensive knowledge of Peoplesoft (Version 8.9 strongly preferred), experience with e-learning tools and a strong corporate instructional design background. Demonstrated instructional design experience producing learning tools and documentation on a cross-functional enterprise-wide project . Location may vary from client site in northern Mecklenburg County to VisionCor office in Charlotte. Telecommuting and/or flex time may also be considered.

Candidates with Sharepoint MOS experience are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in the field of corporate learning. Proven instructional design expertise with experience in strategy and development of e-learning tools is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years corporate experience in learning development and instructional design is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a strong work ethic, professionalism and excellent references to be considered. A portfolio of related work samples is expected upon interview.
