Technical Support Analyst - System Device MarketingProvides on-site technical support on System Device (SD) product mix for internal and external customers. Provides escalated technical expertise for Advanced Product Support group regarding serviceability, reliability, and usability. Creates configuration documentation for production process. Coordinates trade show booth support via design layout and product mix according to Product Managers.
