Technical Recruiter (Senior/Entry)

We are looking for an Entry-Level I.T. Recruiter and a Senior I.T. Recruiter. Both Job Descriptions are below. Please specify the desired position in the “Subject” of your e-mail.


Entry-Level IT Recruiter

 

This is an Entry Level Opportunity with a rapidly growing IT Staffing Organization, where you could utilize your IT background and People skills to maximize your income.  This permanent position offers a Base + Commission Compensation Package which includes full benefits. All necessary training will be provided.  It is a unique opportunity to get the attention of a smaller environment while being exposed to large-scale corporate clients.

Qualification Requirements:

The ideal candidate would be someone with IT work experience, and/or IT Educational Background, and/or, IT Interest, but who is looking to move into a sales environment.  While we would like a candidate with basic conceptual IT knowledge, we also look for a friendly sociable person, just as comfortable in any situation.  Our Recruiters focus in building long-term relationships with candidates as well preserving existing business.  Recent Grads with Degrees in IT are welcome!!!!

Bachelor Degree or equivalent Corporate IT experience (3-4years) is a MUST.

You will be recruiting for a vareity of diverse IT positions in the areas of Development, Infrastructure, Administration, Engineering, and Support.  We work exclusively with several Fortune 500 companies and our goal is to provide quality candidates to match the needs of our many clients.


Additional Responsibilities of the Technical Recruiter
• Maintain strong Organizational and Communication skills,
• Be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel),
• Have strong customer service skills,
• Process full cycle recruiting on potential candidates (from interviewing and placing advertisements to conducting background checks and drug tests),
• Create new employee file and communicate information to client
• Identify resolution to issues and take actions and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Analyze reports on weekly basis to identify recruitment needs
• Meet with the Senior Account Manager and with the client to understand and analyze the recruitment forecast.

While we would like a candidate with basic conceptual IT knowledge and experience with IT Search (We would consider a Senior Recruiter with background in other Professional Disciplines) A hard working, money motivated self-starter with a passion for our business
