Qualifications: · Bachelors Degree and/or 1 year minimum technical recruiting experience OR 1-2 years minimum technology experience with a desire to move into a technical recruiting role Assumes increased work with client accounts and sales representatives toward the fulfillment of company and client staffing service requirements · Ability to assimilate information quickly, think strategically, synthesize business/financial data and develop innovative solutions · Telephone and face-to-face based relationship-building and entry-level technical recruiting experience · Strong interviewing skills and understanding of the technology labor market · Ability to persuade and influence · Excellent planning, organizing, & communication skills (both written and verbal) · Ability to interact effectively at all levels and diverse cultures · Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office) Primary Responsibilities Embrace the CORESTAFF Recruiting System and, within that framework, take a creative and customized approach with each applicant/associate· Contributes to the branch organization’s growth and productivity by successfully staffing new and existing technology openings with high caliber, well suited IT associates as well as recruiting and retaining a high quality pool of temporary applicants Conducts comprehensive search for qualified IT applicants via database and discussions with other CORESTAFF Services personnel; utilizes advertising, networking, etc. as appropriate; keeps clients abreast of progress in filling work orders Meet weekly recruiting goals Acquire an active group and network of associates loyal to CORESTAFF Serve as an active and constructive member of the branch team and actively participate in meetings and training sessions Performs other duties as assigned to achieve company objectives Please submit resume with salary requirements to: stephanie.ohayre@corestaff.com An Equal Opportunity Employer/M/F/D/V CareersDiscover the freedom, the flexibility and opportunity available through temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire assignments at CORESTAFF.
