Technical Proposal Writer

KeyBridge Technologies, Inc, a fast-growing, EOE, Oklahoma-based small business is looking for a Technical Proposal Writer for its Oklahoma City corporate office. The successful applicant will write proposals in response to various Federal Government agencies solicitations. The Technical Proposal Writer will support Proposal Management and Business Development. Salary is dependent upon relevant experience.

 

The primary role will be to work directly with Subject Matter Experts to write and develop technical material in response to technical requirements. Responsibilities include understanding the RFP requirements in order to write about them, writing fresh material, design proposal outlines and storyboards, write management summaries, implementation and quality assurance plans. Must be flexible, organized, and maintain positive communication with coworkers and team members. A solid understanding of Government contracting and proposal processes is required. Ability to operate as Volume Lead on large proposals is a plus. Ability to serve as technical writer on other projects is a plus.

 

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

B.A. or B.S. in a related field.
Excellent organizational skills, writing skills, and oral communication skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of the Federal Government evaluation process and lifecycle capture activities.
Experience in writing proposal text for Federal clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other tools.
