In this role, you will: Perform time-sensitive U.S. and Latin America updates Answer helpdesk tickets Document existing procedures Participate in new tool development Perform other duties, as assigned by managerRequirements Bachelor's degree Economic background is a plus Good computer skills Proficient using Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access) Portuguese language skills are a plus
