The position The Technical analyst will be supervised by an experienced Analyst and supported by the production team based out of NY and Development team based in Paris headquarters.. The duties will include installation of hardware and software, level 1 customer support, integration tests, support (dealing with queries and releases) and implementation and settings of company platform. He / she will be deeply involved in implementation of products to bring the best quality and client support. - Company platform implementation and configuration - Client Support deeply involved in technical matters (trouble shooting, log analysis) - Integration tests - Administration of the production environment (remote maintenance and surveillance) - Functional support - Creation of connectors (plug-in)Your profile- Experience : 1 to 5 years experience in the financial industry (banks, vendors, exchanges) - Education: degree in IT - Good knowledge of UNIX, LINUX - Experience in FIX protocol - Experience in troubleshooting logs - You can work under pressure and manage your stress. You should be able to take into account the constraints of the client, the project, the environment, the system and the team. You should escalate issues and problems encountered to your superiors and analyse risk.You have ideally two years experience in software publishing with a technical role such as a developer, a technical support engineer or technical AnalystOur competitive salary is commensurate with your background.
