Team Leader - Customer Service

We have immediate opportunities for Team Leaders in Customer Service areas.
Summary of ResponsibilitiesAbility to interface with business owners, service contractors or customers. Supervise staff of 5-10 Associates.Hands-on staff development in the areas of quality and productivity, coaching, mentoring and motivation. Analyzing and prioritize tasks and manage departmental processes with a focus towards department and corporate goals are essential.Leads, directs and coordinates the daily activities of staff in all aspects of management including but not limited to scheduling, attendance, productivity and adherence to corporate policies and procedures Work in conjunction with the Quality Assurance and Training departments to develop departmental and individual training and staff development programs Active participation with department management team in identifying department process improvement needs and developing processes, which will ensure peak department performance Assists department management in development, implementation, and measurement of department policies and procedures, quality control, productivity standards, and cost savings programs Manages processes within the department to ensure customer’s needs are being met in a timely and appropriate manner Active involvement with department management to ensure department goals and service levels are met Other projects and duties as assigned
Education/Experience/Other Requirements
Bachelors degree or combination of equivalent education and experience Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience Ability to coach, motivate, and mentor staff Successful track record of interpersonal and customer service skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Technical knowledge in the areas of residential appliance, HVAC, plumbing and/or electrical would be a plus. Experience with MS Office Applications. i.e. Word and Excel
