Talent Acquisition Strategy Project Manager

General Summary:   The Human Capital Project Manager will be responsible end-to-end project coordination for TeleTech's staffing supplier program.  The HC Project Manager will partner with leadership to identify and achieve program objectives. This position will provide project and administrative support to the Human Capital teams in North America.     Duties and Responsibilities: Assesses program risk factors and develops alternatives to mitigate or eliminate the risk. Document issues and resolution action plans. Update the program status and distribute to all core team members. Coordinate project meeting set-ups. Track budgets and ensure time book tracking set up and reporting.   Job Specifications: BA/BS or equivalent experience. Extensive knowledge of project management techniques. 1+ years of HR experience in the areas of compensation, benefits, staffing, organizational development and/or employee relations. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with various levels within an organization. Strong team player. Demonstrated multi-tasking ability. Strong problem-solving skills. .
