Typical effort for this Manager position are focused on service management supply chain disciplines including: service strategy and service offering determination, order management, spare parts supply management, service parts inventory management, service fulfillment and operations planning, returns processing, repair management, remanufacturing operations, field force scheduling and dispatch, work order/repair scheduling, remote monitoring and telematics, and planned, unplanned, and predictive maintenance management. Key responsibilities may include: • Project Management including the planning, estimating and execution of projects and large teams • Developing project proposals and assisting with the selling of projects • Supply Chain blue printing, process design and functional design activities, incorporating best practices • Driving the design of application and architecture components • Understanding and documenting functional business requirements as an input to application design • Managing the development of detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes • Managing the configuration of an application to meet business requirements • Managing application build, test, and deploy activities • Planning and managing data conversion activities Qualifications Basic Qualifications • 5+ years of one or more of the following: order management, spare parts supply management, service parts inventory management, service fulfillment and operations planning, returns processing, repair management, remanufacturing operations, field force scheduling and dispatch, work order / repair scheduling, remote monitoring / telematics; planned, unplanned, and predictive maintenance management • 5 + years of experience designing and delivering supply chain service management solutions including: Maximo, Servigistics, Ventyx, Datastream, SAP EAM and Oracle EAM • 3+ years of one or more of the following: Maximo Database Configuration / Application Designer, Workflow, Actuate, MEA, Maximo Data Loader, TRM’s Rules Manager, Industry Solutions, and Websphere • Bachelor's Degree required • Ability to travel up to 100% Preferred Skills • Consulting industry experience • Industry experience as a supply chain professional • Experience integrating applications with ERP software such as SAP and Oracle • Supply chain software evaluation and selection Professional Skill Requirements: • Candidates must be a U.S. citizen.
