The Staffing Specialist/Recruiter position is available in the Los Angeles, CA area. Salary is 38-45k, depending on experience.   The Staffing Specialist/ Recruiter will contribute to the branch organization’s growth and productivity by: · Assisting new and existing clients to remain well staffed with high caliber, well suited temporary associates as well as recruiting and retaining high quality pool of temporary applicants.· Ensures applicants are properly screened, tested, interviewed and oriented for employment with CORESTAFF and fulfillment of client requirements.· Ensures effective relationship management with both associates and client account personnel.In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package.The ideal candidate should be a dedicated self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment and can work with a very outgoing group of individuals, yet can work independently when required.  The professional that we seek MUST have at least 3-5 years experience in the staffing industry or heavy recruiting in a corporate environment. Experience with the recruitment of administrative, accounting and technical professionals is a plus. Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet Savvy, as well the ability to quickly learn propriety systems is required. Must have outstanding customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, as well as possess exceptional organizational skills.
