Staffing Business Development OpportunityDescription: Key opportunity to join our growing team in the role of Account Manager for the Las Vegas area where we specialize in direct-hire and temporary/contract staffing in Information Technology, Engineering, Administrative, Finance & Accounting, and Manufacturing in addition to multiple workforce solutions and value-added services such as large scale staff augmentation, technology, managed service programs, and more. We are looking for an experienced, motivated field sales professional who thrives in a competitive market and is hungry to grow their career. In this role you will be responsible for the development of business opportunities throughout the Las Vegas and surrounding areas via traditional prospecting, cold & warm calls, effective follow-up, scheduled meetings and presentations that lead to increased business opportunities and expansion of existing clientele. You will be part of a driven team of dedicated professionals focused on the delivery of unparrellel service and quality fulfillment to support your efforts. Requirements: The ideal candidate will posses at least two years of Business to Business outside sales experience with an emphasis on consultative sales. Staffing/Recruiting industry experienced highly preferred. You will need dependable transportation (mileage reimbursed), as a key component of the position is working the territory. You will be expected to compose professional business correspondence and be well-spoken. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is needed with good data-entry ability.
