Job Description
Stanley Staffing is currently seeking a “Staff Manager” to work out of their Akron/Fairlawn office.
3 main duties include:
1. Filling open job orders. Recruiting, interviewing, and updating clients on status.
2. Proactively servicing active accounts. Visit larger clients weekly and phone smaller clients to review the satisfaction/performance of our FSE’s. Provide weekly feedback to our FSE’s to maximize performance. Create weekly “Action Plan” for each account to ensure satisfaction. Update system with weekly notes.
3. Generate new leads/job orders from existing accounts and candidates. Ask interviewees who their supervisor was when they worked for other staffing firms. Ask current clients about other departments in company that uses staffing.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications or other relevant field of study preferred
- 1 year of staffing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring experience
- Ability to build relationships with clients and develop new business within these accounts
- Experience sourcing candidates, interviewing by phone and face to face, qualifying backgrounds and making hiring decisions
