Maritz Inc. has an exciting Sr. Research Manager position supporting our Maritz Research business in our Oakbrook Terrace office. This position consists of a mix of ad hoc work, proposal writing and some ongoing tracking project work. The majority of responsibilities focus on design, analysis and excellent report writing and the related project management responsibilities ensuring the integrity of the data collected. Specific tasks include sample design, designing, testing and analyzing research studies, and communicating findings and insights to clients. These duties require the candidate to have a strong background in research and sample design, analysis, understanding of cultural differences, and effective client communication through presentations and strong written reports. 10+ years experience with full life cycle project management required, along with direct client experience.We strongly prefer supplier side market research experience. (1) Four-year degree in research related field including statistics, psychology, or business required. Masters degree preferred (2) 10+ years of experience in marketing research field (3) Above average competency in research design and analytical skills (4) Ability to communicate effectively with the field, project teams, research manager and client (5) Excellent writing skills required (6) Ability to maintain confidentiality of projects at all times (7) Management/mentoring skills to develop assigned research services personnel.Maritz Inc. is an equal opportunity employer
