Sr. Customer Manager
DESCRIPTION:
Direct all client-dedicated operations within assigned client base, ensuring all service delivery complies with commitments to clients and according to division objectives for financial success and operating consistency. Oversee client relationships with all assigned clients toward the objective of business expansion, renewal of contracts, and positive references. Project staffing needs and develop plans to ensure necessary positions are filled in a timely manner to support workload requirements. Support business development activities and ensure that clients’ expectations are managed at the most senior level by maintaining relationships with VP’s and Senior Management of new and existing client accounts. Leverage these relationships in preventing and managing escalations, directly or indirectly.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree in business, math, accounting, or equivalent experience
10-15 years benefits administration expertise in at least one domain area (DB, DC, or HW) and working knowledge of all other areas of benefits administration
5-10 years experience in a senior account management role (dealing with corporate senior management—VP and above) with demonstrated experience managing multiple accounts.
Preference will be given to those whose project management experience has been within the benefits administration industry
5-10 years experience in developing and expanding business with clients and prospective clients.
