Sr. Analyst, Service Agreements

The ideal candidate will be based in Bangalore, India, and works with the Manager, of Finance, Director of Service Agreements, and others to support the process of verifying that the agreements, including all financial terms and service level agreements are being correctly and accurately reflected /executed. This individual will also handle the administration of all agreement related documentation, meetings, procedures, policies, communication, and reference material required by the WB governance team, including contract change management. In cases where contract terms are in dispute, this role is responsible for determining the root cause of issues. In addition, this individual will collect relevant data to support invoices and agreement disputes as well as continuous improvement opportunities.

 

Ideal qualifications include:

· Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

· 3-4 years general contract management experience or other relevant experience

· Excellent project management skills to manage the contract change process

· Contract management, legal, or paralegal experience preferred

· Experience with invoice reconciliation to contract terms

· Experience setting and managing to benchmarks based on metrics

· Expert proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite

· Availability to support special extended hours to support critical periods

· Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone

· Ability to reason through issues and resolve problems and work well under time constraints

· Excellent time management skills to perform in a fast-paced, high pressure, high volume environment

· Team player and highly flexible

· Motivated, confident self-starter

· Ability to travel short-term, sometimes overseas
