Overall Responsibility

Provide the highest level of guest service, professionalism, and business skill through exceeding the expectations of every guest, team member and management of La Pomponnee

Represent La Pomponnee by employing a warm and kind manner in every guest encounter â€“ on the phone and/or in person.

Ensure maximum guest satisfaction, guest relations and recruitment

Requirements

Hospitality and/or salon experience
