Software Configuration Analyst

Configuration Analyst CGI is seeking a sound Software Configuration Analyst with strong background experience in change control and release management. This is not a management role, but a hands-on, day-to-day deployment analyst position. Candidates should have a sound understanding of Configuration Management and Configuration Release management. They should also have an understanding of Change Control processes and procedures related to Configuration Management. Additional Skills Desired: 1) J2EE/Java exposure - this is not a development role, but the candidate must have done coding in the past to understand the configuration concepts, security frameworks, etc. 2) Building, maintaining, and executing migration scripts in Unix Scripting Languages (perl, shell, awk) 3) Financial Service environment background.
