Everything Wireless Inc. is looking for Service and Repair Technicians to support a busy Sprint Authorized Service Center location in Carmel IN.Â Qualified candidates will have strong customer service skills.Â

Description:Job Purpose: To diagnose, complete successfully and accurately the repair of cellular phones and PDA's for consumer and enterprise traffic.

Duties:
* Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Â Creates a warm experience for customers in a retail setting.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
