Service Oriented Architecture Expert

The Army Team is looking for a Service Oriented Architecture expert with experience in establishing a service oriented environment and setting up secure web services. The resource will direct and support the day-to-day technical and design activities for a SOA-based project, and bring to bear a strong background in professional consulting, SOA design, software development lifecycle, technical implementation and oversight.Performance Profile:· Support and manage the technical design and integration activities consistent with approved functional requirements for the client project using an Agile/Unified process · Support and facilitate the technical implementation activities of the program at the tactical level and provide input to the development and evolution of that vision · Facilitate a collaborative environment between technical teams and support client requirements and timelines · Manage multiple components of the delivery to include the integration of requirements, configuration management, design, testing and deployment Position-Specific Required Skills: · 5+ years experience with Oracle SOA suite, Java, XM, WSDL and XSD documents. · 5+ years demonstrated experience in architecting service oriented architectures and standing up web services in a secure environment. · Oracle SOA suite, Java, XML, XSD documents, SOAP required.
