DescriptionExecutive "support" person will have relevant experience in fast paced muli tasking role, can do attitude,Â results driven, greatÂ comand of phone management skills,Â time management, basic company accounting knowledge, excel, word, quick on their feet with customer/partner service response/issues, self motivated. Willing to do what it takes. Front line on phones part time when needed.

This is NOT a secretary position it is working daily/directly for a demanding President of a "very" small but sucsessful financial corporate credit card company and getting things done quickly/correctly/efficiently. When the President is traveling "you" keep the company/things moving" with NO interuptions. The person must be a take action/charge person - do not wait for direction type, quick study. Pay is besed on "proven" experience in getting things done. The preferred background is 12+ years experience in small company/corporate support role - this is not a sales role but must be able to multi-task with sales/management people. Demonstrated experience and success will lead to strong salary. Working in a small "fast" paced company is key.
