POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Design, procure & oversee level 3 problem management of Uline's phone system

Work with Customer Service & other departments to provide appropriate call routing / programming & understand / document business needs

Install, configure, document & maintain Avaya telephony switch / server environment

Troubleshoot all telephony hardware & software issues

Create telephony reports

Create & maintain detailed documentation of telecom infrastructure

Experience with multiple switches & facilities

3+ years doing design & implementation of complex telephone systems

5+ years Avaya / Lucent experience (certified) & 3+ years project management experience required

Knowledge of Data Communications concepts & IP Networking preferred

Knowledge of VISIO, Microsoft Office & Project required

Excellent communication, time management & problem solving skills
