Job Status: Full Time, Employee Relevant Work Experience: 2+ to 5 Years Job Category: IT/Software Development Contact Information Company: CORESTAFF Services Email: Apply by Email Reference Code: 073008c Job Description Senior Technical Recruiter CORESTAFF Services, a national leader in the Staffing Industry, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for our Denver, Colorado branch.  If you are a talented, successful business-to-business sales and/or technical recruiting professional, then consider CORESTAFF Services for your next career move. Qualifications: · Bachelors Degree and/or 3+ years of experience in business-to-business sales OR three years technical recruiting OR three years Staffing Industry experience with the desire to move into hybrid sales and recruiting functions · Contributes to the branch organization’s growth and productivity by assisting new and existing clients to remain well staffed with high caliber, well suited IT associates as well as recruiting and retaining a high quality pool of temporary applicants.  Assumes increased work with client accounts and sales representatives toward the fulfillment of company and client staffing service requirements · Ability to assimilate information quickly, think strategically, synthesize business/financial data and develop innovative solutions · Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office) · Telephone based Relationship Selling and/or Recruiting experience · Ability to persuade and influence · Excellent planning, organizing, & communication skills (both written and verbal) · Ability to interact effectively at all levels and diverse cultures Primary Responsibilities  Embrace the CORESTAFF Sales and Recruiting System and, within that framework, take a creative and customized approach with each prospect/customer and applicant/associate Meet weekly sales and recruiting goals Concentrate efforts on effective prospecting and sales methodologies in identifying and “connecting” with prospective users of temporary IT staffing services Conducts comprehensive search for qualified IT applicants via database and discussions with other CORESTAFF Services personnel; utilizes advertising, networking, etc. as appropriate; keeps clients abreast of progress in filling work orders  Acquire an active group of accounts and associates loyal to CORESTAFF Serve as an active and constructive member of the branch team and actively participate in meetings and training sessions Performs other duties as assigned to achieve company objectives Please submit resume with salary requirements to: stephanie.ohayre@corestaff.com  An Equal Opportunity Employer/M/F/D/V CareersDiscover the freedom, the flexibility and opportunity available through temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire assignments at CORESTAFF.
