Responsibilities: In this role, the primary responsibilities will include but not limited to:Develop materials in-line with the specific sales opportunity requirements. Respond to customer RFI/RFP's. Provide support to the channel/alliance SE team. Articulate corporate messaging through presentations, demonstrations and open discussions with customer. Gather requirements, and develop a solution to present as a "proof of vision." Product and architecture presentations. Product demonstrations. Tailor presentations to match opportunity and audience. Responsible for providing reports for management review. Participate in trade shows and other marketing activities. Build vendor and partner relationships in the field. Remain current with industry trends. Maintain a high proficiency with Genesys Products. Maintain and improve skills with related products (OS, database, switch, interfaces and presentation software tools).
Qualifications7+ years of Call Center: IVR, PBX, CTI, ACD experience. Strong presentation and communication skills. Excellent writing skills to respond to customer RFI/RFP's. Technical Leadership within immediate SE Team. Ability to facilitate sales, with emphasis on technical aspect. Technical skills - hardware/software - OS, database, VXML, Java, Grammar Development, Internet Architecture
