Senior Software Developer will be responsible for the research, design, development, analysis, testing, and implementation of software operating or application systems. Also responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, and managing information technology projects through completion. Ensures projects meet or exceed technical specifications, customer requirements, policies, budgets, and deadlines. Assembles, directs, coordinates, and assigns responsibilities to project team members. Communicates project information to client, project manager, or other design personnel working on projects. Maintains good working relationships with clients and staff. Writes and maintains complete documentation. Supervises and manages assigned personnel. Supports team members and ensures established goals and deadlines are met. Keeps management informed of status and significant problems. Qualified Candidates must possess the following:SQL Server Development/Design, buildout, coding against, running on MS SQL, and code base is all C#,.NET. Experience with CRM, ticketing systems, task management systems are crucial.Project or team management are a plus. Additional preferable skills are: JavaScript, Ajax, MSSQL DB Design and MS TSQL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the research, design, development, analysis, testing, and implementation of software operating or application systems Meets with client or project manager to gain understanding of project requirements, goals, timeframes, and software purposesAnalyzes software project requirements. Performs necessary researchEstimates timeframes and costs and communicates them appropriatelyConsults with hardware personnel to determine hardware requirements and ability to support software. Ensures software and operational performance requirements are metApplies software engineering knowledge to design and develop software operating or application systems. Correctly applies principles of computer science, engineering, and mathematics. Works closely with client or project manager during design phase to ensure software goals and deadlines are being metAssumes responsibility for successfully launching finished products Ensures software applications are fully functional and meet established project requirements and deadlines. Obtains necessary final approvals and signatures according to established procedures.Ensures final versions of documentation and supporting materials are delivered to customers or project sponsors in a timely manner.Establishes processes for user support, training options, and customer feedback. Evaluates feedback and customer concerns and offers assistance and solutions as appropriate. Communicates updates, future releases, and upgradesWorks to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction with finished products and support services. Education/Certification: College degree in software engineering, computer science, or closely related fieldRequired Knowledge: Understanding of Company operations and needs.Knowledge of software design principles and methods. Thorough knowledge of software programming languages. 5+ years working with asp.net Advanced skill using TSQL. Queries, store procedures, triggers etc. Experience Required: 5 years of related experience, to include software programming. Skills/Abilities: Ability to prepare reports, summaries, and documentation. Ability to effectively research and provide accurate estimates. Strong analytical skills. Ability to resolve problems and design solutions. Well organized and detail oriented.Able to work well independently and as part of a team. Proficient typing skills.Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Skill in using applicable software applications and PC equipment.
