Our senior directors are responsible for leading, managing and growing the brightest teams of research talent. Their efforts involve overseeing Harris Interactive’s innovative projects including designing, proposing, pricing, managing and analyzing surveys that have pioneered the development of the company’s predominance in internet based market research.

Responsible for overseeing and delivering research projects, including proposal design, fielding & complex analysis, client management and budget management. A Director, Client Relationship Management manages projects with revenue of $2mm or greater, shares knowledge and serves as a resource.

May perform, but not limited to, one or more of the following duties: Manage a series of highly complex projects, from concept through final presentation, with revenue of $2mm or greaterDevelop and maintain budget and project schedules; manage resources to meet commitments to clientsDesign and field highly complex surveysAdvise clients on survey design and use of survey dataDevelop proposals for complex projectsAnalyze data and write reports of results, making recommendations and understanding the business implications of research findingsPrimary contact for multi-million dollar accountsShare knowledge and develop research capability of research staff Provide “value add� consultative advice to clientsOther duties as assignedRequired Skills
