Senior Performance Analyst

Location/s: Washington, DCRelocation: NoPerformance Profile:· Work with client at client site on a daily basis· Attend meetings regularly regarding NSPS, BRAC, Billet Management, Policy, and other areas as required· Use Navy knowledge to help the organization transition to NSPS and support other BearingPoint endeavors related to HR including: HR business process work, data management, and customer service, etc.· Support the team as needed· Must be flexible and adapt to changePosition-specific Required Skills:· Motivated with strong communication skills· Understanding of Navy HR and NSPS· Ability to use Excel, Power Point, Word, and Visio · Ability to perform basic data analysis · Familiar with metrics and analysis· Ability to create basic data graphs in Excel and export to Power Point · Ability to create business process Visio Diagrams· Strong understanding of business process improvement and requirements gathering· Strong in creating documentation and presenting to the client· Bachelors Degree, PMP a plus· The Public Services sector supports the DoD, requiring candidates to obtain a security clearance that requires US CitizenshipPosition-specific Desired Skills:· Clearance strongly desired. If not cleared, candidate must be clearable to TS· Strong understanding of Navy HR and · NSPS knowledge desired · Experience with DOD or Government clients desired· Works well with clients and other team members· Able to multi-task across several initiatives· Technical skills include policy writing/technical writing as it applies to the client and to the agency overall· Minimum yrs industry experience: 7 - 10.· Minimum bachelor's degree. PMP a plusLogistics: · No travel required.
