Location:US-UT-Salt Lake City Job Number:SAL0000C Employee Status : Regular Job Type :Experienced Schedule : Full-time Description As a Program Manager for EOY, this individual is responsible for coordination of the Salt Lake City EOY program, internally and externally. The role requires a balance between strategic and tactical skills and outstanding interpersonal skills. The position reports to the Marketing manager, but provides support and collaborates with the Sub-Area EOY Director on program strategy and implementation. There is significant interaction between the Pacific Northwest program coordinators, EOY program directors, Firm leadership, the national judging panel and national program sponsors. This role is responsible to coordinate the Salt Lake City EOY Program, including: Communications with EOY program coordinators and EOY directors on all aspects of the EOY program Plan and coordinate annual EOY strategy session for EOY program on creative, production, staging and vignette design Coordination with marketing and creative services to design national nomination form, national brochures and materials, national ads, national and regional press releases every year Coordination with business development and the practice to drive the nomination process Resolve/investigate sponsorship independence issues Maintain distributions lists of EOY programs and dates/venues for regional award galas Gather and analyze data and statistics on regional EOY programs Maintain and build relationships with regional EOY sponsors Coordinate the Entrepreneur of the Year award recipient submission for the National EOY competition Coordinate the submission of all regional finalists and award recipients information to Americas for quarterly financial reporting Coordinate the Judging and EOY banquets for both markets Provide input on program coordinators goals/objectives and performance to their respective counselors Coordinate the Sub-Area EOY budget and financial reporting on actual results A bachelor's degree with a marketing or communications major. Approximately 7-10 years of experience, marketing experience is required. As the job involves preparing materials for clients (internal and external), long hours are required. Demonstrates understanding of advanced principles and concepts for the Area's marketing initiatives. Frequently works independently on marketing activities. Project manager for medium/large marketing initiatives, generally under the direction of the Marketing Manager (if applicable). Demonstrated teamwork skills Excellent project management skills.
