Senior Information Assurance Analyst

Stanley Associates (wholly owned subsidiary of CGI Federal) is looking for a Senior Information Assurance Analyst to work in our Norfolk, VA location.

Specific Duties:

• Develop new or modify existing methods to enable disciplined process of IA metrics.

• Develop new or modify existing methods to collect IA data during test events, utilizing DOT&E IA initiative matrix to document IA shortfalls and vulnerabilities based on the data collection plan.

• Provide technical support to test director in OT&E evaluation for IT systems, including families of systems, individual mission critical systems and business systems to include IA test requirements, IA test methods, performance measures, IA analysis and support post-test assessment reviews.

Requirements

High School Diploma /GED or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years directly related work experience required.



Additional Requirements:

• Ability to successfully complete the Stanley Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education and Employment; Additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records Checks may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment.

• Possession of an ACTIVE SECRET security clearance is required to begin employment; US Citizenship is required. Ability to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance is required for continued employment.

• Demonstrate experience with Developmental Testing (DT), Operational Testing and

• Evaluation (OT&E), or Follow-On Test and Evaluation (FOT&E).

• Demonstrate experience and familiarity with the instructions, procedures and documents required for the Navy and Joint Acquisition process, including (but not limited to) the references listed in Section C, SOW.

• Demonstrate experience in developing test criteria and Test and Evaluation Master Plans in accordance with DOD standards.

• Demonstrate ability to apply analytical methodologies to evaluate the operational effectiveness and suitability of combat systems, weapon systems, and combat support systems.

• Possess a working knowledge of tactical operations, and the mission and role of DOD commands and units tasked to operate in a multi-threat environment.

• Demonstrate familiarity with MS-Office software.

• In addition to the minimum requirements for all resumes, the resume relating to this position must have current working knowledge of IA as it relates to operational testing, to include experience with the test and evaluation of systems or networks affected by IA concerns. Must possess demonstrated experience with IA metrics, data collection methodologies, data collating and reporting in an operational testing environment. Must possess demonstrated experience involving vulnerability assessments, results analysis and proposed risk mitigation solutions. Must have operational experience relevant to the specific program as listed in the individual task orders. Must have a combination of ten (10) years operational experience and/or T&E experience.

• Working knowledge of DoDI 8500.2 and application of these requirements

• Ability to travel up to 25% - 540%.

Preferred:

• Undergraduate Degree in Science/Engineering Field; One or more IT certifications (e.g., Network Security+, IAM, etc.)
