We are seeking individuals to be responsible for on-site post-sale installation, maintenance, and repair of high volume copiers and printers.  Also, you will service company products and systems of moderate complexity, including hardware, software, and networking products, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventative maintenance procedures. Responsibilities also include: Using diagnostic tools, service aids, and product schematics to assess and resolve equipment and system failures Escalating non-routine issues to supervisor or manager Maintaining current technical knowledge, certifications, and expertise on all product enhancements, technology changes, and new product introductionsTo qualify, you must possess: 3-6 years of directly related experience High school diploma or the equivalent Copy repair experience Electronics or similar vocational training or equivalent experience Comptia A+ and Net + Certification Effective communication, time management, organizational, and analytical skills Strong teamwork and customer relations skills Knowledge of PC and associated software applications, and solid command of diagnostic tools Knowledge of service organization practices and proceduresOnly those candidates meeting the above requirements will be contacted.  No relocation or visa sponsorship is planned for this position.  Ricoh Americas Corporation offers a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, medical/dental, 401(k), pension plan, and more.  As part of our pre-employment process, we require that applicants agree to submit to drug and background screenings.
