Senior Director, Customer Relations

Summary: Understanding government procurement and political processes, the Senior Director, Customer Relations works with field consultants and lobbyist to expand CCA’s business level with current or potential federal, local city or county customers. Successful candidates will be self-motivated with a successful track record of business development, project management, and an ability to maximize strategic opportunities while being consistent with the guiding principles of CCA.

 Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience in customer relations, federal or state government, and/or correctional services is required. Experience in an appointed or elected government position is preferred. Travel is required. A valid driver’s license is required.
