The Opportunities
Senior Consultants will have the opportunity to play key roles in the Eduventures Consulting Services practice. Senior Consultants report to the Director of Consulting and are responsible for independently implementing research and consulting projects from beginning to end, (project kickoff to delivery of final results), implementing data collection, analysis, client recommendations, deliverable development, and ongoing client relationship management.

 

Key ResponsibilitiesProviding guidance and direction to Associate Consultants and ConsultantsManaging client relationships from project scoping to delivery of final projects to clientsImplementing qualitative and quantitative secondary research using multiple sourcesImplementing qualitative primary research, including interviews and focus groups Implementing quantitative primary research via Web surveysSynthesizing and analyzing data from multiple data sourcesDeveloping well-founded, evidence-based recommendations to clients that are aligned with client objectives and goalsPresenting results to clients in person, as neededEnsuring project completion is consistent with predefined standardsActing as a thought-leaderSupporting new sales opportunities and driving relationships to secure client renewals

 

RequirementsBachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferredMinimum five years of research and consulting experienceExceptional presentation and communication skills (both oral and written) Proven self-management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAttention to detail and accountability for resultsStrong quantitative, analytical skillsProven ability to help organizations think through business problems and create opportunity for clientsSelf-motivation, high-energy, charisma, and an entrepreneurial spiritProfessional interest in educationExperience using statistical analysis software such as SPSSExperience with the design and programming of marketing research surveys using software applications such as Inquisite or Vovici
