Senior Client Service Analyst

Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, MSA also has offices in New York; Chicago; Atlanta; High Point, NC; China; United Kingdom; and Malaysia. Job Description:Facilitate client support on various platforms Develop business relationship with clients to support sales efforts Interact with clients, data suppliers and internal MSA teams Help clients manage their marketing data Accountable for planning and coordinating complex client project assignments Expedites complex data projects Ensures successful completion of complex client data projects Maintain integrity of client deliverables Co-ordinate functions and requests between processing areas regarding project requirements May assist in advanced training of other employees but is still in learning mode for more complex client data issues Understand all aspects of data factory as required for project Write sales proposals Typical assignment may include providing training and support on Data Factory and MSA Analytic Tool (AWS/LINQ) and defining, analyzing and resolving one-of-kind client data issues Learn MSA software and databases

Required Skills:Requires four-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent experience Minimum of three years of overall client service experience including in-depth experience with client marketing environments and data sources MBA degree may substitute for two years of client service experience Ability to establish cooperative working relationships Must be able to efficiently/effectively multi-task in a dynamic work environment Innovative and proactive Detail oriented with good organizational skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Good interpersonal and team skills, including ability to establish cooperative working relationships Can work effectively in groups and with little supervision Capable of presenting to small and large groups Working knowledge of MS Office and MSA access tools Experience in writing proposals preferred
