You will serve as point of contact for all clients, guests and prospects ensuring their needs are identified and handled timely and professionally.  The Sr. CSR Floater will have the opportunity to assist in training of new Client Service Representatives during the on boarding process.  To be successful in this role you must be able to effectively market and promote services while building relationships with clients.  You must be able to speak clearly and professionally, enjoy a professional business environment / dress code and have strong skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. What’s in it for me?
