IPS has an immediate opportunity for a dynamic candidate with group benefits experience in all lines, conventional, partial self funding, disability, long term care, etc. to oversee benefits marketing and supervise two to four staff.  Our client company is a leading business services brokerage firm that employs innovative professionals committed to the values of integrity, diligence and professionalism.

REQUIREMENTS:Great market contacts and relationshipsAbility to oversee a staff of 2-4 peopleExceptional use of Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint and OutlookExcellent leadership, management and interpersonal skillsCreative, innovative, outgoing and eager to push for change and excellenceEffective verbal, written and presentation skillsFour year college degree preferred Five years experience in the Employee Benefit Industry with mid to large groups California Life & Health License
