This is a work from home opportunity75% of our Business is A/V and 25% is Medical Device
Candidates must have experience recruiting in the medical device and/or audio visual industriesOur searches run from Line-Level to Executive
You will be provided access to our Applicant Tracking SystemYou will be provided access to all other applicable resources such as , but there is a stress to head hunt, cold call, and think outside the box to bring 'unique' and 'passive' candidates to the table.  In these industries, that is imperative.Six figures on this plan is more than realistic (even without any new business, you'll make six figures by placing 1 candidate a month at $80,000 salary or 2 a month at $40,000 salary)Some of our Recruiters are on pace to make several hundred thousand this year
This is an equity opportunity depending on experience and 1st year production

Job Purpose:
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; Sales/Marketing to expand client base; account management; advising/consulting with hiring managers.

Duties:
You will be responsible for running a full desk.  An expectation of a certain number of daily activities towards existing and potential job orders will be set forth.  This is not a micro-management scenario.  You are working with near absolute autonomy but some reasonable and measurable expectations will be set.
