Senior Account Manager

In this position you are responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing the customer with the best possible experience. This involves serving as the customer advocate, driving customer solution adoption, and producing a strong partnership between the customer and our client. Senior Account Managers develop a consistent long term partnership with customers to ensure customers remain successful and realize the full value of their investment.



Responsibilities: Understand customer short and long term business goals and objectives as they relate to the solution and recommend industry and application best practices to ensure the long term success of the solution Proactively manage the account by creating plans for upgrades, busy season spikes, and solution expansion or changes Produce and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews Recap on previous quarter accomplishments Gain agreement on future goals, objectives, and prioritization Identify areas to improve Build and maintain critical relationships to further strengthen company's presence in the account Responsible for project quality assurance Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic and operational account planning and management Understand and advocate a customer's product roadmap needs to Product Management Keep the client informed of information critical to their success Identify opportunities to expand the company's footprint Gather and document requirements and deliverables for new Client Service projects Maintain close working relationship with the sales organization regarding customer satisfaction Willingness to travel 10+% domestically

Skills: Bachelors Degree. 5+ Years of Account Management experience Prior experience in a human resource, loss prevention oriented company and experience servicing Fortune 1000 customers preferred. Strong analytical, customer assessment, and presentation skills required Leadership Ability Professional Image, excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to Interact with High Level Executives Results Oriented – driver of projects, gets things done, “can-do� attitude Team Player Experience with MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, MS Project, Sales force
