Segment Manager

OBJECTIVE:

The Segment Manager is responsible for the execution of one or more simultaneous client implementations, analysis of client performance, process enhancements and other duties assigned.  As a member of the organizations management team, performance includes demonstration of the following accountabilities; leadership, communication, mentoring, empowerment, and resource management

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Oversee projects associated within the Banking, Student Loans and other CCS client industries.  Job duties including but not limited to;Manage client implementation activities using defined project management tools and communication vehicles to successfully bring on new clients or new markets with an existing clientsCoordinate implementation activities with internal departments as well as departments that reside within client operations. Report project status to manager on a regular basis and executive staff on an as needed basis.Monitor Tactics, Enable programs, and Report Writer to confirm accounts are presented and letters are sent as defined in the process flow documentation Identify, evaluate, and provide recommendations for automation and revenue enhancement opportunities, within assigned markets.  Assist with cost benefit analysis

· Review comprehensive daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access to provide analysis to immediate manager, Collection Managers, and Executive Managers as needed

· Review competitive results received from clients and provide analysis to immediate manager, Collection Managers, and Executive Managers as needed

· Act as a liaison for internal and external communications within assigned markets. Communication will be clear, concise and professional at all times.

· Contribute to the department’s operational excellence and deliver quality services in accordance with applicable procedures, policies, and professional standards

· Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures

· Some local and domestic travel will be required.

 

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Excellent communications and analytical skills.

· Excellent computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access

· Ability to quickly learn new software applications.

· Demonstrated ability to develop detailed analytical models.

· Demonstrated knowledge of the industries required.

· Minimum 5 Years Collection Management Experience preferred.

 EDUCATION:

College Degree Preferred.
