Security Manager

SECURITY/LOSS PREVENTION AGENT – NORTHERN CALIFORNIA

 

The nation’s leading provider of commercial laundry equipment is seeking a Security/Loss Prevention Agent to handle loss prevention for the Northern California region, based in our Union City, CA office.  Applicant must currently reside within a 45-minute drive of our Union City office.

Coinmach Corporation is the largest provider of coin and card operated laundry equipment in the United States via multi-housing facilities – apartments, colleges and military bases.  With over 2,000 employees across the United States, Coinmach has regional offices coast to coast.

 

Position reports to Security Manager for Northern California.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

As a Security/Loss Prevention Agent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day protection of company assets including equipment, revenue and facilities –

 Prevent external vandalism and revenue theft.Prevent internal loss of revenue and assets through strict adherence to procedures by 100+ employees.Investigate location specific revenue issues in partnership with property management and internal staff.Maintains physical security at facilities in Union City, Sacramento and Fresno.



QUALIFICATIONS:

 Minimum of 2 years recent security related experience.Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma.  College degree preferred.Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.High work ethic.Strict attention to detail, sense of urgency, work well under pressure, well organized, able to multi-task.Customer Service oriented, professionalism, positive attitude.PC skills are a must. Knowledge of AS400 system is a plus.Good DMV record and flexibility to travel required.Must currently reside within a 45-minute drive of our Union City office



COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE INCLUDING:

 

·  Base hourly wage of $13.75 to $14.25 commensurate with experience.

·  Company vehicle (fuel card, insurance and maintenance covered by Coinmach).

·  Medical, dental, vacation, 401(k) with Coinmach matching $$.
