Position title: Secretary to Chairman

 

Reports to: Vice President, Project Development, and the Chairman

  Networld is an international travel marketing and sales company. We have an Airline Division and a Luxury Hotel Division. We are based in Parsippany, NJ, with executive offices in Bernardsville, NJ.

 

Position Summary

Provide comprehensive professional administrative support for the Chairman of Networld at their offices located in Bernardsville, NJ. The possibility of working from home on occasion is very likely.

 

Qualifications

· Attitude is the most important attribute. We are looking for a career orientated individual–and not a “this is a job� attitude.

 

• 1-2 years of administrative experience that includes all associated tasks and international travel arrangements is helpful.

 

· Respond to Chairman’s administrative needs. This includes working from other offices nearby and maintaining a flexible work schedule that will require, quite often, evenings and weekends as well as being available for phone coverage for extended hours.

 

• A self-starter able to process a large volume of work, often without daily oversight.

 

• Must be an extremely well organized, take-charge professional comfortable with complex tasks involving detailed information.

 

• Personal attributes: intelligence, high energy, can-do and pleasant attitude, team player, executive presence, and ability to multi-task and make independent decisions.

 

· Computer skills: Microsoft E-Mail, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
