The Sales/Operations professional will be responsible forexpanding and managing the Fort Wayne and surrounding market areas.  This individual will be the company liaisonbetween TeamMJV and the customers as well as the leader of the Team Members inthis market.

 



Responsibilities

 



*Expanding market in the Fort Wayne by sales calls,referrals, networking

*Liaison between market area and main office

*Hiring, training and maintaining Team Members

* Meeting with customer contacts and walk thru’s offacilities

*Responsible for overall cleanliness of all facilities

 

Qualifications

 



*Proven track record in expanding sales

*Proven track record in managing employees

*Ability to multi task

*Comfortable with computers – e-mailing, minimal wordprocessing & excel

*Work independently

*Knowledge of Cleaning Industry helpful but not required
