SALES TRAINING POSITION
Do you speak Mandarin fluently as well as English?? Do you love dealing with customers and people? Are you interested in having direct control over your job and compensation? Asian Foods in Hampshire, Illinois has an exciting opportunity in our Customer Service/Sales department as a Marketing Analyst in Training (MAIT). This is a Sales training position working on our customer service team. This position starts off in the customer service department as a support to our sales team dealing directly with our customers with the goal of moving into a Marketing Analyst/Sales position.This is a really great opportunity for someone who can work independently and has the drive to continually learn and improve.
Our Sales territory includes all of Illinois, a good portion of Wisconsin, the UP of Michigan as well as some of Iowa (Quad cities). The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to move into their territory if need be. Our corporate headquarters is in St. Paul, MN and you can also train here if you are willing to move into the sales territory following training. We will consider H1B sponsorship for the right candidate.

**REQUIRED SKILLS:
You must be able to speak and understand English fluently. In addition to English you must be fluent in Mandarin. Cantonese fluency would be a plus! You must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable using Microsoft Office programs on an intermediate basis (Word, Excel and Outlook).
**DESIRED SKILLS
Desired but not required Level of Experience and/or Education would be prior experience in food service industry, preferably sales and the ability to read and write in Chinese.
