Sales Supervisor Outbound Call Center
As one of North America’s premier payment processing providers, we handle all forms of electronic payments for merchants, including credit card, debit/ATM card, check conversion, smart cards and gift and loyalty programs. Because we are experiencing tremendous growth, we have a need for an additional Call Center Supervisor.
Responsibilities:Monitor, coach and mentor telemarketersDevelop and implement scriptsCreate call-handling strategiesTrack call center employee performance data and quota levelsMotivate the team to reach expected performance levels

Requirements:
2-3 years call center supervisor experience in an outbound B2B call centerExperience in collecting, organizing and analyzing data, listening to calls and making recommendations on improvement of performance Experience working on a predictive dialerExperience working in a fast paced environmentExcellent communication and organizational skills
