Description:Responsibilities-Receive in-bound calls from customers on a variety of accounts.-Assist these customers by answering questions, updating information, resolving issues and handling disputes.-Sell our products to callers.The training for this positon will be 10/06/08 for 12 days M-F from 8:00am to 4:30pmYour normal work schedule after training will be 10:30-7:00pm M-F with every other Saturday.Mondays are a required workday.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.-Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.-Strong oral and written communications skills.-Basic computer skills.-Ability to type 25 words per minute-Previous call center experience preferred-Previous customer service experience preferredSalary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceAlliance Data offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive selection of benefit options including 401(k).Job Location: Westminster, COJob Number: 3364Company Profile:About UsConditions of EmploymentAll job offers are contingent upon successful completion of drug screen and background checks.
