Sales/Sales Manager

Staffinders, Inc., a premiere staffing firm, is looking for an energetic Outside Sales Consultant, as well as an experienced Sales Manager to join its growing team in Cleveland, Ohio. We specialize in placing talented candidates in to contract-to-permanent and permanent positions.

We are seeking dynamic, self motivated individuals who are ready to showcase their abilities in selling, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced business environment that offers opportunity for advancement! We would consider training the right person with proven sales experience (or even a recent college graduate with no experience). 

STAFFING CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:Identifies leads, manages prospects and acquires new, profitable permanent commercial and industrial business. Make telephone sales calls, as well as field sales calls,  and conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of selling our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships. Negotiate bill rates and conversion fees with clients. Proactively maintains and retains existing customers. Builds long-terms relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned market area. Responds to service cancellation calls as required. Prepares and delivers sales presentations and follows up with key decision makers. Develops and maintains an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and responds accordingly. Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of the company's available services, lines of business, pricing structures, and offers additional services as appropriate to existing customers. Tracks information regarding all prospective customers on required format. Regularly meets with President for review of weekly sales activities and prospective customers. Completes all required Customer Service Agreements and other miscellaneous reports and paperwork in a timely manner. Competes proactive customer "good will" calls as required. Responsible for solidifying Staffinders, Inc. presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events. Strategize with teammates and manager to accomplish weekly business growth goals. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. 

EXPERIENCE: 

Required: Ability to work independently as a team player. Highly self motivated, creative and focused decision maker. Sense of urgency and a "do what it takes" attitude. Enthusiastic, aggressive self-starter who is confident, professional, and a creative problem-solver. Communicate effectively through verbal and written documentation. Two years experience in a customer contact, or business to business position. 

Preferred Bachelor's or associates degree/equiv exp. Sales experience.
