Sales Person
Facilities management company looking for salesperson for the New England area, possible travel outside area.
- Must have experience in business to business sales in building services including: interior cleaning and products, exterior landscaping, sweeping, etc.
- Ability to generate new business through networking, cold calling and prospecting
- Knowledge of job costing and proposal generation
Successful candidate will possess exceptional verbal and presentation skills, as well as being a strong, effective communicator (both written and verbal) The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, creative, with superior work ethic.
Minimum requirements: Some college preferred, experience in business to business sales. Competitive compensation and benefits. Salary commensurate with experience.
