Sales/Marketing Position
Quality Contracting, Inc. is a well-established Worcester based company that focuses on single-family, multi-family, and commercial reconstruction after a loss such as fire or water damage.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reports To: Sales/Estimating Manager
General Requirements:
Prior experience in insurance industry and sales. Experience in the construction industry with a concentration primarily in residential remodeling and rehab work. Must be a computer literate, detail oriented self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in construction estimating is desired. Prior experience with computerized construction estimating software is also desired, preferably Simsol.
Primary Responsibilities:
1)Sales/Customer Service Responsibilities
- Solicit insurance and non-insurance related construction. Close sale and bring to contract.
2)Marketing Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate industry professionals.
- Work trade shows (Worcester Business Expo, Home Show, NARI) and charity events; set up open houses.
Secondary Responsibilities:
1)Maintain valid driver’s license and have driving record in good standing.
2)Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
