Sales Executive- Corporate Sales

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving large scale new business from prospective accounts within the oil and energy market. Responsibilities include strategic and tactical ownership of all aspects of the sales process.  Established customers outside of the pre-determined territory may also be part of this responsibility as assigned by management.  This person should be skilled in understanding customer business needs via a methodical sales discovery process.  Large complex sales situations will require a documented sales approach (such as Miller Heiman or a comparable process), which will ultimately address the customer’s critical success factors as they relate to Iron Mountain’s services.  Requirements for this position include: The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years experience selling to F1000 companies in complex decision making environments, with demonstrated success in consultative selling to the oil/energy industry. Experience in a high activity, selling environment is required. A proven track record of success is a must. Your PC skills should include Microsoft Office and contact management software. Ambition, commitment, energy, enthusiasm, and desire to win are imperative!! Previous formal sales training, including Strategic Selling and/or SPIN Selling a plus.
